NFL Week 9 Preview

Winners in Bold: 8-5 last week, 56-27 for the season. We're at the halfway point, and the season is starting to take shape, and the picture is starting to get a little bit clearer, but there are still some teams that we just have no idea what to expect from. Two HUGE divisional showdowns in the AFC North, and NFC East highlight this week's action.

Redskins @ Falcons... lol Redskins Offense

Cardinals @ Bears....tough game to pick as both teams are wildly unpredictable, but I expect the Cardinals defense and Kurt Warner to rebound from embarrassing performances last week, and pull one out.

Ravens @ Bengals...I've been counting the Bengals out all year, but NO WAY the Ravens lose to them again, especially after the way in which they melted down in the 1st meeting

Texans @ Colts...umm in case you already haven't play ALL fantasy players you own in this matchup. O/U 30809489. Call me crazy, but I'm calling an upset here. Schaub is the real deal, and Kevin Walter should rebound from a horrific start in Owen Daniels' absence, and Ryan Moats could be this year's DeAngelo Williams.

Chargers @ Giants...another game that's hard to predict, well the Chargers are always tough because they're so damn inconsistent. Still, until the Giants show me something, I can't pick them.

Chiefs @ Jaguars... Jamaal Charles and MJD are going to be running up and down the field all day against two of the league's most generous rush defenses

Dolphins @ Patriots...the Pats will learn their lesson from last year, slow down the Wildcat, and Brady is gonna be Brady.

Packers @ Bucs...LOL Bucs. Start ALL healthy Packers

Panthers @ Saints...Yawn just another 30+ point effort from Drew Brees

Lions @ Seahwaks.... Yuck.

Titans @ 49ers...The Niners should contain the Titans' running game, and the Niners' suddenly balanced attack should have a field day against the Titans struggling defense.

Cowboys @ Eagles...too many weapons for Philly, but their defense is the key. They absolutely obliterated the Boys in Week 17 last year, and while this game should be closer, I just think that the Eagles will force a couple big turnovers in this game that will change the tilt in their favor.

Steelers @ Broncos...5 in a row for the Steel Curtain, should make it 6 here, as Denver begins its crawl back to Earth. The only question is whether or not the Chargers will actually play to their ability for once, and seize the division.
