Jim Caldwell

How is this man NOT on the hot seat?! GM Bill Polian has said that his job is safe and that he's not on the hot seat. The Colts have been outscored 283-128 this season in 9 games. That's an average of 17 points a fucking game! In the NFL! On a team that has made the playoffs almost every year for the last decade, and was in the fucking Super Bowl two years ago! Granted Peyton Manning is the best QB of all-time, but this team still has talent on both sides of the ball, and to get embarrassed week after week speaks directly to the head coach. Caldwell shows zero emotion on the sidelines, has dreadful game management, and is the guy who gave away a perfect season a couple years back. Tony Dungy was a great head coach, and is a fantastic analyst for NBC, but he really screwed the pooch in grooming and hand-picking Caldwell as his successor.

A Sad Day in Sports

- RIP Joe Frazier
- The Penn State scandal. I think everyone should be careful to remember that at this point, these are ALLEGATIONS, but the evidence against Sandusky and the officials who helped cover it up does not look good. To the graduate assistant who allegedly witnessed the abuse: WHY DID YOU DO NOTHING TO STOP IT?! Or at the bare minimum go to the police instead of Joe Pa. While he and Joe Pa may not be legally liable, they certainly committed a major moral error. And if Joe Pa really did go to the AD instead of the police, then he should resign immediately. Either way, his legacy will forever be tarnished, and Linebacker U will join Ohio State as Big 10 powers to go down this year.

Dodger Freedom!

At long last, two years two late, the Dodgers are freed of "he who shall not be named". I am praying for Mark Cuban, but anyone who has plenty of money, will spend said money, and cares about the team half as much as I do will suffice. Good riddance to the carpetbagger and the whore.
